Workforce Development

EFP works in conjunction with Salem Community College and Salem County Vocational Technical Schools on workforce development training to provide the skills that will create the green collar jobs of the future. Our work force development plans truly set us apart from any other commercial industrial park. We will save and create hundreds of jobs, spur economic development and innovation, and help break America's dependence on foreign oil and reduce the threat of climate change.
