Wind

EFP plans to both produce windmill components and equipment as well as use wind turbines to generate electricity to operate equipment at our waste water treatment plant.  We expect these wind turbines to be operational by the Fourth Quarter of 2008.  Manufacturing of components and equipment is expected to commence Third Quarter, 2008.
